I took my wife's 2010 Buick Lucerne to the Alpine dealership for an oil change on the afternoon of May 6th. While the car was on the lift the serviceman noticed the Front Crank Oil Seal was leaking a little oil. The Alpine service manager advised the car would be held overnight but that a "loaner" would be made available to my wife and me until the service was accomplished. The "loaner" was a 2013 Buick Verano. The next day, early in the afternoon the service manager called me on the telephone and informed me the service had been accomplished and I could come and retrieve our Lucerne.
