Service was good but no loaners available was disappointing. I was without a vehicle for 4 days because my new vehicle with less than 9k miles broke down in the middle of the road.

The process was seamless and smooth. Very pleased. One suggestion I have is to put instructions in the service appointment confirmation of the process. I didn't know I should pull into the bay so I looked for a place to park for a little bit and then walked in.

They went out of their way to help me.

I have been bringing my truck for oil changes for a year now. Not once has one of the service people gave me an update on the vehicle. Told me how my brakes are. Told me how my air filter or cabin air filter. The last time I was there I had to ask for an update. Customers should not have to ask for an update. I’m not sure how I’ve been drive the truck for over a year and I still don’t need the air filters changed. Makes no sense to me. On top of all of that. I set in the garage for 20 30 minutes waiting for someone to come get the truck when I dropped it off. I could see 3 people setting at their desks on the phone doing nothing. Then the guy who finally came to do the intake know nothing about what I was there for when I already told the first person when I first got there. And you guys always try to change me for a tire rotation when I got the tires for you. I have to tell them every time. If it wasn’t for the lube for life I bought when I bought the truck. I would never step in this place again

The work done on the car was great and done correctly. The communication through the entire process was slow and delayed. My provider Kenneth, never had an update or timeline for me. His communication was confusing. He had told us our car was ready 3 times and it actually wasn’t. He then approved work that I had denied in writing. Upon pick up, we met with Rico who was amazing and solved all issues open and honestly. He helped out a lot and restored my faith in Alpine.

Vehicle was in the shop for 5 months due to a part not coming in. Then when we went to pick it up, the battery was dead. Feel like that was due to sitting for 5 months. I paid for the battery replacement. However they did catch the original issue. Communication was spotty during the time we waited.

I had an appointment, I arrived on time. The guy said wait in your car they will be out. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come talk to me. He told me it would be an hour and a half for an oil change, it was. When it was done, there was a filter that needed to be replaced. Nobody told me while they had my car back there. So they had to take it back in the shop and replace it. I was there for over 2 hours.

Nothing special. The oil change and filter change seem to take too long.

I was told it would be a 90 minute wait and it ended up taking two hours. Also, the day after the oil change, a light came up saying that my window washer fluid was low. I am assuming they forgot to do this… I really hope they didn’t forget to do anything else. You sort of doubt the service when such a simple task was not completed, especially when it was a two-hour wait for a rotation and oil change.

Our salesman Mohamed Genena very helpful, professional , friendly and patient with us.We didn’t feel pressured by him to purchase a GMC vehicle. He helped a lot answering questions about operating the new touch screen system.

Blew out a tire…instead of trying to talk me into buying two, they told me I would be ok with replacing the one. They were having a sale on tires, and I asked how long the rest of the tires might last. I ended up getting a great deal on a whole new set. They were not pushy and worked with me on what needed to be done.

Your website suggested I need to fix a warranty item. When I called the service department when running a little late for my appointment, I was notified that there was no remedy yet. Ok, no big deal. However, I was then told I could not have a loaner because there was no remedy for the warranty. You offer a fix on your website when there is no fix and then provide a loaner option when none is available. Additionally, when arriving, no one ever seems to know what is going on. I was asked if it was just an oil change, which I said no that the the appointment was supposed to be for an oil change and 4 new tires. Finally, I was quoted a time, which was missed by several hours resulting in me having to change work oppoinments and pick up my vehicle the next day. They ended up giving me a discount but honestly, it is a work vehicle and I would have rather had my time back instead of the money off. A little organization when checking in and a website not suggesting you fix something that can't be fixed would change my review to 5 stars.

I filled out an inquiry online and Mohamed and Sylvia called right away. Over the next few days they answered questions and locked in a vehicle for me. Our sales person was amazing very helpful and worked with us through everything. The only issue was that everything was delayed. We got there are 9:30 and didn’t leave the lot until almost 3:30-4. The cars battery was dead. One of the cars wasn’t on the lot. Getting our credit score, the deal created and finances took hours. When there was no one really there on a Monday. The car need extra detailing and that took awhile as well. Especially when we came in prepared knowing what car we wanted and the deal we could get. Just was way to long.

I walked in, knowing which vehicle I wanted. Initial salesman I stopped was leaving for the day so he handed me off to Wilson. I showed the inventory number I was looking for, the vehicle was off lot waiting for the initial dealer setup. Wilson showed the plastic wrapped vehicle, facilitated a test drive of another 6.2 engine Yukon, and coordinated the cash transaction. Wilson coordinated to have the vehicle available for delivery within 24hrs for our pending road trip in two days. Alignment wasn’t correct, we brought it back and the alignment issue was resolved in two hours.

We just bought our car 6-14-25 and we had the best experience. Came in to get new wipers and also had a greatest experience. Would recommend Alpine Buick to anyone looking for a car.

I originally spoke with Angelina, who was very helpful. I had an appt to come in on a Saturday. However, I ended up coming in a few days earlier after speaking with Michael. When I got there Wednesday night, I was greeted by Carolina Otero. Since Angelina was out, she helped assist me. She was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. She worked with her manager to work out my pricing options. I was quite upside down on my trade and they worked with me to get me the best deal possible with my negative equity. I looked at two cars. The first one, I was not able to test drive. It was not pulled out at all for me to drive. The second, I was able to drive and was the one I purchased. In my past experiences with buying a car, typically the cars I was interested in was pulled out for me to see when I arrived. I think since I came in short notice, they weren't. However, this was different for me. Overall, I would recommend Alpine GMC Littleton. I also enjoyed Carolina very much. Hulk, who did my financing, was also professional and friendly to work with. The car has been great so far and I am happy.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity plus a variety of vehicles to choose from for my first new vehicle purchase. During my couple of weeks of searching I visited and contacted a total of four GMC dealerships. My Alpine contact, Glirsa, is a young and newer employee, however, that didn't discourage my buying experience b/c she was attentive, prompt with any questions I had, always followed up in a timely manner and if she didn't know or have all the answers she was quick to research and provide the information to me. Glirsa even remembered my son's name from our initial visit. Nice work! The other staff were hospitable as well as welcoming during the buying experience. Much appreciated!

Overall, it was a quick and painless experience and one of the better ones I've had for car buying overall.

From the start seemed like no one cared about selling a car. I only continued with the sale because the dealership had a suv we had been shopping for and had the Barrie that had everything we were looking for. No one greeted us, just sat behind the welcome desk. Had to ask who we could talk to in purchasing a car. The salesman had minimal knowledge about the vehicle. Never did a full walk though of the ins and outs of the vehicle. Asked about floor mats for the suv and the finance personnel said “yeah don’t bother just go on Amazon it’s cheaper and quicker”. Like I said the only reason we continued with the purchase is after all the research and narrowing down we had the vehicle we had been looking for. Would never purchase here again or recommend.

First time buying a car by myself and couldn't be more pleased and I am hard to please. Best experience, explained financing very well to me. 3rd dealership I went to and they gave me the best price. Was in and out in under 2 hours. I'll be back in 3 years for my next vehicle.

It started out a little rough. When I made the appointment it sounded like the car would be at the shop for about 48 hours. When I was dropping it off, that changed to a 72 hour and possibly longer. No definite time frame which was disconcerting. I use my truck everyday to complete the work I do and quickly found out that there were no loaner or rental cars available. Another negative and my questioning if I did the right thing bringing it back to the dealership for service. That changed when later that day I received a call indicating a rental car was going to be available and I could pick it up that afternoon. I was able to keep working and not have to reschedule a lot if work I had planned for the week. That one thing changed my whole opinion about bringing the truck to the dealership. The necessary work was completed on the truck, and even though it took to the long side of the estimated time, I was not hampered in what I needed to complete while you had the vehicle.

Very much appreciated the issue being thoroughly reviewed and deemed a warranty repair. The only thing that could have gone better was coordination with the body shop. The dealer described one set of events and the body shop had a different story (who would transport the vehicle, how and where it would be picked up, etc.). The body shop app had accurate status- the dealership app was not up to date and still had the vehicle in service after I was told to pick it up. I handled getting the story straight. Other than that, the quality of the repair was excellent.

My wife and I after test driving addition vehicles at other dealerships decided the Sierra Denali EV was our truck! We met a few more times at the dealership and had additional phone conversations with Austin for about a week to get a deal we felt good with. We proceeded with the purchase and so far cannot be more happy about our choice of buying the vehicle from Alpine and working with Austin on the sale.

Rigo always takes great care of our fleet of trucks and communicates through the entire process about everything that is going on and a rough estimate on when we'll have our trucks back. Most of the other dealerships in town, you have to call them 10+ times and leave messages just to find out what is going on with your vehicle that you are paying to have fixed. We won't go anywhere else for service or new trucks!

The sale of the vehicle was great. Steve was helpful and friendly. However, I raised some concerns about touch up on the vehicle, and I’m not seeing any progress on that front. I’d hate to think I will just be abandoned now that I purchased the truck.

Needs were met. Vehicle repaired. Under warranty. Done within the day. Courteous and helpful staff. Side note- small number of EV tech. I hope that doesn't negatively influence future visits!

Generally a good experience. However, I was driving in from out of state, and I had asked if the dealer could install an engine heater prior to my purchase. Despite having said "yes" to this, this was not done. I still purchased the vehicle and went forward with the transaction (I had driven hundreds of miles), but it was not excellent as a result.

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted happily and treated like the most important people in the room. DaJuan was fantastic to work with. We told him the price, amenities, and features we wanted; he found several options for us. He drove us over to some satellite lots to show us different models that met our needs. We decided on a used car on the lot but when we started the paperwork, it turned out to already be sold. DaJuan immediately found a new model on the lot with same trim package and got us very close to the same price. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our experience at Alpine.

We went looking for a specific choice and meet with Mike. Told him exactly what we wanted he did some research and found the exact car. After some very easy negotiations we were able to make a deal and got the car. Mike also has followed up with us to make sure everything is good. Very pleased with this dealership.

I was told at purchase my window tint and front clear bra was included in my purchase and set up the appointment for Wednesday 12/17/25 @ 4pm and i went and sat there for an hour and half until 5:30 to tell me it was not included in my deal and I was not getting the tint or clear bra... I even told the finance guy on 12/12/2025 when I bought it and he didn't even correct me or say i dint have that in the deal. But to have a appointment and spend all thet time to not back what your salesman said and told a customer does not deserve a good review.

My experience was overall positive. But if you asked me would I buy another vehicle from Alpine, my answer would be no. My first trip to the dealership to buy a truck was a bust. I spent 30-40 minutes walking the lot and even walked into the dealership. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help by a single person, so I left and went to some other stores to test drive some trucks. I was looking at a different truck in your inventory online, since the original truck I wanted to buy had significant rust on the frame. The sales manager reached out and asked if I had received all the information I needed. So I told her about my first experience 2 days prior where noone helped me. she apologized and invited me to come back and work "directly" with her and give her the opportunity to make up for the poor experience of the previous visit. I decided to drive 45 minutes across town again to go look at a truck to buy. After arriving to the dealership and asking for Emilie like I was instructed. I was shuffled off to another associate and Emilie barely took the time to even introduce herself to me. I felt like I was baited and switched with empty promises to "make things right" and "go above and beyond" but that is not what happened. I could have leased a brand new truck from any of the other GMC dealerships that are much closer to my house. In hindsight, I wish I would have. I worked with another dealership after leaving your store the first time. they were going to give me more than double the trade in value that I received from Alpine. But at that time, they didnt have the truck I wanted in inventory. Overall I am happy with the truck that I bought from your store. But in the future, I do not plan to drive all the way across town to buy another vehicle from Alpine.

I got sold a car that has brake problems. I didn’t even have it for a week I don’t want the car I want a refund. On top of that when I gave back the car you guys gave me to use while you see what’s wrong with my car. I had to bring back the car full of gas but when I got my car back it was more than half empty. The way you people treat your customers is very messed up not to mention they put 90 miles on my car that I don’t want anymore

All excellent …juan and associated were excellent…..until the loan guy..interest…was told days before I purchased it would be competitive at 6.49% as my credit union offered..then at 9pm 12.31.25… im signing they say 8.9% or lose the discounts… That almost made me say forget the whole freaking deal good thing I love the car but to tell someone they’re gonna get a competitive rate and then give them 3% more or threaten them to take away the discounts that was bad

The overall experience wasn't great. Took much longer than expected for just an oil change. I asked if there was a remote for the tv in the waiting room and after being tossed around to a few different people, the answer was no. So there's no way to use the tv because no one had a remote. There was one service advisor who was sitting in his chair the entire time I was there and he was very short with me when I asked him about anything. He was at the first desk and a very large man. There was nothing pleasant about the overall experience and I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this location for service.

The whole dealership was very pleasant to work with, even the finance guy -- from Jersey - who was fairly East Coast blunt and straight to the point. I liked him for that.
