My wife and I stoped in to test drive of a Sierra Denali EV. We met Austin Ellenberg your sales associate and he showed us a few Sierra Denali EV vehicles. He let us test drive the vehicle and answered all of our questions about the trucks features etc... My wife and I after test driving addition vehicles at other dealerships decided the Sierra Denali EV was our truck! We met a few more times at the dealership and had additional phone conversations with Austin for about a week to get a deal we felt good with. We proceeded with the purchase and so far cannot be more happy about our choice of buying the vehicle from Alpine and working with Austin on the sale.

The sale of the vehicle was great. Steve was helpful and friendly. However, I raised some concerns about touch up on the vehicle, and I’m not seeing any progress on that front. I’d hate to think I will just be abandoned now that I purchased the truck.

Very professional and trustworthy

Generally a good experience. However, I was driving in from out of state, and I had asked if the dealer could install an engine heater prior to my purchase. Despite having said "yes" to this, this was not done. I still purchased the vehicle and went forward with the transaction (I had driven hundreds of miles), but it was not excellent as a result.

All of the departments worked together and made the sale in short order.

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted happily and treated like the most important people in the room. DaJuan was fantastic to work with. We told him the price, amenities, and features we wanted; he found several options for us. He drove us over to some satellite lots to show us different models that met our needs. We decided on a used car on the lot but when we started the paperwork, it turned out to already be sold. DaJuan immediately found a new model on the lot with same trim package and got us very close to the same price. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our experience at Alpine.

I was told at purchase my window tint and front clear bra was included in my purchase and set up the appointment for Wednesday 12/17/25 @ 4pm and i went and sat there for an hour and half until 5:30 to tell me it was not included in my deal and I was not getting the tint or clear bra... I even told the finance guy on 12/12/2025 when I bought it and he didn't even correct me or say i dint have that in the deal. But to have a appointment and spend all thet time to not back what your salesman said and told a customer does not deserve a good review.

This is our second vehicle purchased from Alpine GMC in Littleton, and once again it was a great experience because they’re so easy to work with. We just bought a GMC Canyon, and Carolina was awesome, super helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. She really listened to what we wanted and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I got sold a car that has brake problems. I didn’t even have it for a week I don’t want the car I want a refund. On top of that when I gave back the car you guys gave me to use while you see what’s wrong with my car. I had to bring back the car full of gas but when I got my car back it was more than half empty. The way you people treat your customers is very messed up not to mention they put 90 miles on my car that I don’t want anymore

Rigo always takes great care of our fleet of trucks and communicates through the entire process about everything that is going on and a rough estimate on when we'll have our trucks back. Most of the other dealerships in town, you have to call them 10+ times and leave messages just to find out what is going on with your vehicle that you are paying to have fixed. We won't go anywhere else for service or new trucks!

My experience was overall positive. But if you asked me would I buy another vehicle from Alpine, my answer would be no. My first trip to the dealership to buy a truck was a bust. I spent 30-40 minutes walking the lot and even walked into the dealership. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help by a single person, so I left and went to some other stores to test drive some trucks. I was looking at a different truck in your inventory online, since the original truck I wanted to buy had significant rust on the frame. The sales manager reached out and asked if I had received all the information I needed. So I told her about my first experience 2 days prior where noone helped me. she apologized and invited me to come back and work "directly" with her and give her the opportunity to make up for the poor experience of the previous visit. I decided to drive 45 minutes across town again to go look at a truck to buy. After arriving to the dealership and asking for Emilie like I was instructed. I was shuffled off to another associate and Emilie barely took the time to even introduce herself to me. I felt like I was baited and switched with empty promises to "make things right" and "go above and beyond" but that is not what happened. I could have leased a brand new truck from any of the other GMC dealerships that are much closer to my house. In hindsight, I wish I would have. I worked with another dealership after leaving your store the first time. they were going to give me more than double the trade in value that I received from Alpine. But at that time, they didnt have the truck I wanted in inventory. Overall I am happy with the truck that I bought from your store. But in the future, I do not plan to drive all the way across town to buy another vehicle from Alpine.

Aiden, my service consultant, was courteous and efficient, and he had my vehicle in and out within the promised timeframe while I waited. The dealership staff is consistently friendly, and the facility is clean, welcoming, and has a very pleasant atmosphere.

All excellent …juan and associated were excellent…..until the loan guy..interest…was told days before I purchased it would be competitive at 6.49% as my credit union offered..then at 9pm 12.31.25… im signing they say 8.9% or lose the discounts… That almost made me say forget the whole freaking deal good thing I love the car but to tell someone they’re gonna get a competitive rate and then give them 3% more or threaten them to take away the discounts that was bad

They fit me in wuth an appointment and ii got serviced as soon as i arrived. They are totally professional in all departments. I recommend them 100%.

The overall experience wasn't great. Took much longer than expected for just an oil change. I asked if there was a remote for the tv in the waiting room and after being tossed around to a few different people, the answer was no. So there's no way to use the tv because no one had a remote. There was one service advisor who was sitting in his chair the entire time I was there and he was very short with me when I asked him about anything. He was at the first desk and a very large man. There was nothing pleasant about the overall experience and I won't be bringing my vehicle back to this location for service.

I am supposed to get free oil changes! Then also saw an estimate of around $ 76.00. Then to pickup the car after service, it was around $132.00??

From the moment I arrived, I was treated as a valued guest. Mike VorPaul was the first to greet me. He became the Salesman who took the time to ask questions and help me determine what I was looking for. I was in no hurry. I never felt pressured to make any choices or come to any decisions. My time, choices, and budget were all respected with no interference. One day, Mike texted me that he had the car for me, and he was right. I bought the car that night and have loved it ever since, which has only been 2 days, but it seems to be everything I want in a new car. I will recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new or used car. Overall Experience: Excellent Brought my 2026 Canyon AT4 in for its first oil change. Jeff was my service advisor and did a great job — communicated clearly, got me in and out efficiently, and made the whole process easy. This truck belongs to my stepson and I want to make sure it stays well maintained, so having a service advisor I can trust for the long haul matters a lot to me. Zac was our salesperson and I appreciated his willingness to work with me on my terms. I didn't want to negotiate the terms of the purchase of the new car and trade in at the dealership. I wanted to firm up pricing and trade in up front. You had several cars of the exact same configuration and my wife was going to want to look at each car. Zac had the cars washed and ready for her to look at when we arrived at the dealership. Zac was very patient and respectful to my wife as she thoroughly inspected each car. When she selected one, Zac was very diligent explaining the next steps and moved quickly to get the car to detail. He also spent time with us explaining the key functions of the car especially the dashboard layout. This was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised not having to spend a bunch of time with the finance person. I made it clear upfront I wasn't going to pay for any add ins or extended warranties. I had several options to purchase the car somewhere else for $1000 less, but I chose Zac most importantly for his integrity. He honored his word to me and was willing to work with me on my terms. Hats off to Zac, he's the reason I bought the car from you.

I was supposed to go in to have my truck checked because it's burning more than a liter of oil. They made an appointment for me, but when I arrived they changed the plans.

Great service from Zac!

I scheduled an appointment because my truck had a check-engine warning related to the air filter system. When I dropped it off, the service advisor told me I was also due for a recommended fuel induction service. I declined it. He then asked if they could at least inspect it and, if it looked like something I needed, they would call me first. I agreed to that, but I was very clear — twice — that I did not authorize any additional service or charges without speaking with me first. Two days later, after receiving no calls about any recommended service, the same advisor called and told me the air filter issue was an easy fix, covered under the factory warranty, and that my truck was ready. There was no mention whatsoever of any other work being performed. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told I owed $315 for the fuel induction service I had specifically declined. What made the situation worse was how management handled it. After I explained that I never authorized the service, the service manager came out, did not introduce herself, did not ask me what happened, and immediately asked for my GM Rewards number so she could use my points to pay for the service. When I again explained that I never requested or authorized the work, her response was essentially, “Well, you signed the paperwork.” I was told the signature was acknowledging that I was leaving the truck with them, not authorizing a service I had already declined. More importantly, I had clearly instructed the advisor not to perform any additional work without contacting me first. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen. What is unacceptable is performing work after a customer explicitly says not to, failing to call before doing it, and then treating the customer as though they are the problem when they question the charge. To the service manager: if you read this, you got this one wrong. The way this was handled was dismissive, accusatory, and a terrible example of customer service.

My service advisor, Ryan Hehr, went out of his way to make my wait while my vehicle was being serviced worthwhile and productive. He personally arranged a ride to and from a neighboring mall. More importantly, the 30,000-mile service prepared my GMC Canyon AT4X for the heat of summer driving to Texas. The truck performed very well, including improved fuel mileage and efficient air conditioning.
