Performance
The Sierra EV runs on an extended-range battery pack with a GM-estimated 390 miles of range when fully charged. This battery pack produces a remarkable 645 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque.
The 2025 Sierra EV also has DC fast-charging capability that allows you to charge your truck publicly at available DC fast-charging stations. The Sierra’s onboard charging module can reach at-home 240V Level 2 charge rates up to 19.2 kW.
Exterior
The new GMC Sierra EV comes with a ProGrade trailering system that helps you tackle any type of towing project. This package system includes:

- Blind zone steering assist with trailering
Standard exterior features on the Sierra EV include 24-inch 6-spoke selective machining aluminum wheels with Denali etching, a fixed full-glass roof, black molded assist steps, and a black illuminated front GMC emblem. The MultiPro tailgate has six possible reconfigurations for loading and hauling cargo, while the MultiPro midgate offers increased versatility inside your truck bed. Other exterior features include the spray-on bedliner, Rainsense automatic wipers, and heated power mirrors.
Interior
The 2025 Sierra EV has a Bose premium 7-speaker audio system that makes you feel like you’re at a concert when you’re actually on a road trip. The floor console has two cupholders, USB charging ports, and a small storage space. The 14-inch head-up color display projects your truck’s important insights onto the windshield so you can keep your eyes safely on the road while checking your fuel levels, mileage, and more.
Seating in the Sierra EV includes heated and ventilated front bucket seats made with premium leather trim. The rear bench has heated outboard seating and a center armrest that can be folded up or down as needed.
Technology
Inside the new Sierra EV, there’s a 16.8-inch LCD display that has Google built-in compatibility. This infotainment system also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, connected apps, personalized profiles, natural voice recognition, and navigation capability.
Safety
The 2025 Sierra EV is full of driver-assistance functions that make all of your rides safer, like reverse automatic braking, enhanced automatic emergency braking, rear cross traffic braking, and front pedestrian and bicyclist braking. Other safety features in the new Sierra EV include StabiliTrak electronic stability control, OnStar Basics, Driver Attention Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, Safety Alert Seat, and Rear Seat Reminder.
